Refund Policy

Creative Action Works LLC | Effective January 1, 2026

Design work is a personal journey that takes time, so our refund policy thoughtfully accounts for that. We'll keep you updated on your progress at every step, so you always know where you stand.

Consultations

Please remember to cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or a credit for your next booking. If you cancel later than that, the fee will be forfeited because we reserved that time just for you.

Deposits

Feel free to cancel within 48 hours of paying—before any work begins—and you'll receive your full deposit back. Once our team starts the space assessment, the deposit becomes locked in to cover the time we've already invested.

Delivered Work

Mood boards, floor plans, and design concepts are non-refundable once they arrive in your inbox. They symbolize the finished creative effort, not a product that can be returned.

Furniture and Decor

If your package involves sourcing items from external retailers, please note that refunds for those items are handled according to the retailer's policy, not ours. Think of us as your friendly design guide during that process, rather than the seller.

Mid-Project Exits

Ending a project partway through? We’ll gladly evaluate the work you've already done and ensure you receive a refund of the remaining deposit within 14 business days. We’re here to make the process smooth and fair for you.

How to Ask

Please feel free to email support@creativeactionworks.com with your name, project reference, and reason for your request. We usually get back to you within five business days, and once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within five to ten days.
